Créer un réseau mondial de jeunes gardiens par le biais de sanctuaires et/ou d'activités éducatives scolaires ou extrascolaires. Les élèves, ainsi que les communautés indigènes, seront en mesure de comprendre puis d'adopter un rôle actif dans la protection des écosystèmes locaux et du patrimoine culturel. Les sanctuaires peuvent devenir des lieux de rencontre où la préservation de la nature et des cultures s'entremêlent, renforçant l'idée que la protection de l'environnement signifie également la protection de l'identité et des connaissances d'un peuple.

Approche : mise en œuvre d'activités scolaires et/ou extrascolaires enrichies par les connaissances traditionnelles et autochtones.

Transmission culturelle : les communautés autochtones peuvent partager leurs connaissances écologiques et culturelles, démontrant ainsi que les pratiques environnementales traditionnelles sont indissociables de la protection de leur patrimoine culturel.

Immersion pratique : les élèves peuvent explorer les écosystèmes locaux et, si possible, désigner une zone naturelle à protéger et en devenir les gardiens, tout en respectant les connaissances indigènes.

Réseau mondial : des sanctuaires interconnectés dans le monde entier créent une communauté d'apprentissage interculturelle, où les élèves échangent des méthodes, des solutions et des connaissances environnementales et culturelles, créant ainsi des liens profonds pour un avenir durable et inclusif.

A Global Network of Guardians
Creating a global network of young guardians through sanctuaries and/or in-school or extra-curricular educational activities. Students, alongside indigenous communities, will be able to understand and then adopt an active role in the protection of local ecosystems and cultural heritage. Sanctuaries can become meeting places where the preservation of nature and cultures intertwine, reinforcing the idea that protecting the environment also means protecting the identity and knowledge of a people.
Approach: implementation of school and/or extra-curricular activities enriched with traditional and indigenous knowledge.

Cultural transmission : Indigenous communities can share ecological and cultural knowledge, demonstrating that traditional environmental practices are inseparable from the protection of their cultural heritage.

Practical immersion : Students can explore local ecosystems and, when possible, designate a natural area to be protected and become its guardians while respecting indigenous knowledge.

Global network : Interconnected sanctuaries around the world create an intercultural learning community, where students exchange environmental and cultural methods, solutions and knowledge, creating deep connections for a sustainable and inclusive future.
