The Three Pillars

Complex issues require complex solutions. This may seem like a pretty obvious proposition, and yet, we feel that the social, environmental and governmental issues which are created by and which simultaneously compound the climate crisis are often being addressed with siloed initiatives.

Our programs are integrative; with one another, across geographies and across levels of impact. We don't want to leave any stone unturned in our drive to become and to create better caretakers of our environment. The three core pillars of education, innovation and action provide us and our partners with "guiding stars", to ensure that our projects are multifaceted, maximising impact in a way that resonates throughout future generations. Throughout this website, each program lists the way that these pillars are enacted. In many cases, the compounding effect of these elements interacting with one another is much greater than the sum of education, innovation and action considered individually. ​
